The hotel is located within walkong distance of Nagoya Station. It is also located in close proximity to the ESCA underground shopping area, giving you a wide variety of food and shopping choices. There is also a Lawson located on the 1st(Ground) floor of the hotel itself. The room was quite decent, especially for solo traveller although there might be not enough space for those bringing along large luggages. Regardless, the view of western Nagoya from the room window was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful, going through the check-in process and answer some queries.

This hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Shinsen Station. It’s a new, compact hotel where you can enjoy coffee during service hours. Additional amenities are available at the lobby. The staff may not be fluent in English, but they are very helpful and attentive, which I really appreciate. There’s a convenience store and a delicious, reasonably priced tonkatsu restaurant on the ground floor.

Loved staying here. Hotel is pretty new and rooms are compact yet efficient. Loved the bathtub and free bath salts, free coffee and hot chocolate. Good location. And I had a nice view. Three fast elevators, laundry, and microwave. Bed was a bit soft for me but everything else was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location which is very close to Nagoya station. Friendly staffs which can speak good English. Highest building among the buildings near by which you may find it easily.

Welcoming and friendly stuff that was very helpful with accommodating my wishes. I explained to them how important it was to me to have a room facing a certain view and they were helpful and arranged it for me. I was so pleased about the customer service that I extended my stay by 4 more nights. I recommend this place. it is also extremely conveniently located right across the street from the Nagoya train station.

The hotel was located at the excellent area which nearby Nagoya station, can go for sightseeing by public transport in a convenient way. A wide variety of restaurants nearby and have great food experience from day to night Breakfast and tea time coffee station provide a fresh up corner for the started of the day Eco friendly approach, super like Friendly and helpful staff with English speaking support, Flavour the travel experience

Huge toliet! The shower/tub (has a low tap and a stool to wash yourself before tub) and toilet bowl has its own doors within the toliet room... ! The view from our 23rd floor was amazing!
